Richard Henderson
President and Chief Operating Officer

As President and Chief Operating Officer of OPENonline, Richard Henderson draws on his extensive experience in safety, security and investigative operations to lead OPENonline in the development and delivery of innovative, customer-centric background screening and investigations support services. With over 25 years in public safety, Mr. Henderson has a keen understanding of the critical importance of mitigating risks, detecting and preventing fraud, and protecting people and assets.

Under his direction and strategic guidance, OPENonline continues to enhance and expand its service offerings to meet the unique requirements of government entities and the growing needs of a diverse array of businesses that recognize the compelling benefits of employment screening and due diligence. With his stewardship, the company continually looks for ways improve service and to surpass clients' expectations.

Prior to joining OPENonline, Mr. Henderson has held numerous positions of distinction with a major California Law Enforcement Agency, reaching the highest rank of Chief before his retirement in 2005.

In addition to Mr. Henderson's numerous law enforcement career achievements, he has also provided business-enhancing management consulting services to various private enterprises.

Mr. Henderson, a native Californian, is a Vietnam War Veteran and holds a degree in Business Management from the University of Redlands.

Angela L. Bosworth
Executive Vice President

As Executive Vice President, Angela Bosworth provides leadership to the company's management staff and offers direction on general business matters, operational policies and procedures, new business initiatives, and the management of client relationships.

Ms. Bosworth has also served as Vice President of Operations and general counsel for the company, offering oversight and guidance regarding all legal matters impacting the business, as well as directing the company's governmental affairs, compliance and policy initiatives.

Before joining OPENonline in 2001, Ms. Bosworth practiced law in Columbus and held the position of director of member and professional development services for the Ohio State Bar Association. She is engaged in a number of public service and community activities, including charitable board appointments and service on the State of Ohio Privacy/Public Records Access Study Committee. Ms. Bosworth is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, The Columbus Bar Association, and the National Association of Professional Background Screeners.

Ms. Bosworth holds a law degree from Capital University Law School and a Bachelor's degree in political science and English literature from Ohio Dominican College, and is licensed to practice law in the State of Ohio.
