FCRA (Fair Credit Reporting Act)
Enacted on October 26, 1970 and last amended on November 12,
1999, the Fair Credit Reporting Act was created to protect consumers from the
possible misuse of information. The laws contained therein are broad in scope
and govern the use of consumer reports regarding employment and credit. We have
