SelectHire®
was developed to support
those organizations who will most effectively and efficiently reach their
goals by outsourcing their screening program. This flexible, highly
customizable service offers employers a convenient way to complete
national background checks with minimal staff involvement, allowing
personnel to focus on the company's core competencies and key initiatives.
It also helps eliminate inconsistencies in background checks performed by
varying company locations - a serious liability that plagues many larger
organizations.
SelectHire® Service Features
Ordering Background Checks:
Entering background check requests is simple and easy thanks to the
SelectHire's intuitive, web-based order entry system. Applicant information
can be entered in a matter of seconds. Orders can also be faxed.
Selecting Packages or Individual Services:
OPENonline works with each client to develop customized packages for each position or
job classification, or you can choose from our comprehensive selection of
pre-packaged services. You can also create customized packages at any time
on the SelectHire® order system.

SelectHire® Client Support & Communications
Account Manager:
Each SelectHire®
client is assigned an Account Manager so
that the best quality service is provided by a screening expert who is
well informed of each client's screening program and communications
preferences.
Status Reports:
Status reports are provided to each client according to their
specifications. If there is a delay in the processing of a background
check that would cause results to be delivered outside of normal
timeframes, or more information is needed to complete a screening, the
Account Manager contacts the individual(s) identified during account
set-up as soon as the situation arises.
Email Notification:
Email is used to communicate key information about background checks with
personnel identified during account set-up. Email notification is provided
when a screening order is placed, when partial report results are available
for viewing, and when an applicant's final screening report is available.
These notifications can be customized to client specifications.
